How long does the course take?
About 3 hours of total runtime, broken into a short Start Here intro plus 4 numbered lessons. Most parents do it across 3 to 5 sittings over the first few days. Each video has a short reflection assignment that locks in what you've learned and unlocks the next one. There's also a bonus video that unlocks if you finish within 5 days.
Will my swimmer need to do anything?
We highly recommend watching the course together with your swimmer. The concepts go much deeper when you can talk through them as you go, and the Race Day Rewire bonus video at the end is most powerful when applied with both of you on the same page. That said, you can absolutely do it on your own and pass the key ideas on afterwards.
My swimmer is only 10. Is this still useful?
Yes. The framework applies to any age and the parent-side content is independent of your swimmer's age. The neurotyping principles in particular are useful from the moment a kid starts being competitive.
Can I share it with my partner?
Absolutely, encouraged. Both parents being on the same page about the framework is one of the biggest predictors of who actually applies it.
